Appointment Booking Policy

At REN Aesthetics, every appointment is intentionally reserved to provide a personalised, considered, and unhurried experience. To ensure the highest level of care and availability for all clients, we kindly ask that you review the following booking policies.

APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS

A deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. This allows dedicated time to be reserved exclusively for your treatment and ensures a seamless experience from the moment you book.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

Should you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Providing sufficient notice allows us to offer the appointment time to another client awaiting availability.

LATE CHANGES & MISSED APPOINTMENTS

Appointments cancelled, rescheduled, or unattended within 48 hours of the scheduled time will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. As appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client, this policy helps us maintain fairness, availability, and continuity of care.

RESCHEDULING

Deposits are fully transferable when appointments are rescheduled within the required notice period.

PAYMENT

Please note that a small surcharge applies to card payments made in-clinic.
