ORDER PREPARATION
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your order has been sent, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.
DELIVERY
Shipping is available Australia-wide for a flat rate of $15, with complimentary shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery timeframes are typically 3–7 business days, depending on your location and courier services.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is on its way, a tracking link will be provided so you can follow its journey to your door.
SUPPORT
Should you experience any concerns regarding your order, including delays, damage, or delivery issues, please contact us and we will assist you as promptly as possible.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened, used, or change-of-mind purchases. Gift cards and sale items are also non-refundable.
We encourage you to inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can review the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.
